1 lb Mushrooms
-
1/2 Stick butter
-
1/2 c. hot water
-
2 cubes beef boullion
-
2 Tbs. Flour
-
1/2 Stick Butter
-
1/2 C. Cream
-
1 C, Parmesaun Cheese
-
1 C. Croutons
 
 

Instructions

1 - Saute mushrooms in butter. Desolve boullion in hotwater add to mushrooms along with. Flour,Cream and rest of melted butter. Put in an 8x8 glass dish.Top with Parmesaun and croutons. Bake 350* for 30 min.
