3 lbs. ground beef

1 env. taco seasoning
|

1 small can enchilada sauce
|

6 oz. tomato paste
|

1 c. water
|

1 pkg. flour tortillas

1 1/2 c. sour cream
|
| |
1 egg
|
| |
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Instructions |

|
Brown hamburger and drain. Add taco seasoning, enchilada sauce, tomato paste and water.
|

|
Layer in 9x13 inch pan 1 pakg. flour tortillas. Put ground beef mixture on top.

|
|
Mix sour cream and egg. Put on top of beef mixture. Top with cheese, then broken taco chips.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degree for 35 for 45 mins. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
