     SEARED TUNA WITH WASABI MAYO

Ingredients
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 TBS minced green onion -white and green
1 tsp or more of wasabi powder or paste
2 TBS teriyaki sauce
1 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS rice vinegar
4 Ahi tuna steaks about 1' thick
1 heaping tsp fresh chopped ginger
 

Instructions
Whisk mayo,yogurt green onion,and wasabi together. Cover and refrigerate.
Whisk teriyaki, soy sauce, vinegar and ginger in small bowl. Add to plastic bag with tuna and turn a few times to coat. Refrigerate for about an hour.
Heat up grill (med. high) Drain tuna, spray each side with oil and grill about 1-2 minutes per side depending on desired doneness. (1 1/2 min. for med rare)
Top each steak with wasabi mayo and serve. BEST AHI TUNA EVER
Serving Suggestions
I served it with asparagus and a nice Chardonay
