Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in small
bowl. Beat butter, both sugars, and vanilla in bowl
until creamy. Beat in eggs about 2 minutes or until
light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and
nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased
baking sheets.
Bake in preheated 375oF oven 8 to 10 minutes or
until puffed. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to
wire racks to cool completely.
