Mix ingredients together either in small saucepan or 2 cup glass measuring cup or micro dish.

Bring to boil over low heat and stir until smooth if cooking on stove.

If using microwave, make sure container is large enough so it doesn't boil over in microwave. Heat on hi for 1 min. Stir. Heat on hi again for 1 min. Cool Store in fridge

NOTE We like this as a sauce on pork tenderloin. I find that 1/2 recipe is plenty for the package with 2 tenderloins. If I'm lucky, I can find plum jam at the Dollar store.
