Place fillets in an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, onions and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over fillets.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Yield- 4 servings.
