     Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 doz eggs
4 c. milk
1 small loaf bread (about 12 slices)
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 c. Chedder Cheese
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
 

Instructions
Brown and dain sausage. Set aside
Beat eggs well. Break or cut bread into small pieces. Add all ingredients to the egg mixture. Cover and refigerate overnight.
In the morning, grease or butter 9x13 inch backing dish. Pour in egg and bread mix. Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes
