     Fool Proof Pie Crust

Ingredients
4 cup flour
1 3/4 cup vegetable shortening
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
1 egg
1/2 cup water
 

Instructions
Blend with pastry blender- the flour, shortening, sugar and salt. Beat- together the vinegar, egg and water. Stir- into shortening.
Roll into ball and chill about 1 minutes. Divide dough and roll and to fit pan.
Can be refrigerated up to 3 days or so or can be frozen until ready to use.
