     Pumpkin Cake

Preptime   30 minutes
Ingredients
2 cup sugar
2 cup cake flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup cooked or canned pumpkin
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp soda
1 1/2 cup Wesson oil
4 eggs
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until done.
Frost with icing- Cream- 1 stick oleo 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese 1 lb powdered sugar
Add nuts if you like.
