Preheat oven to 400. Brown sausage and onions. Meanwhile, pour both packages of stuffing mix in a bowl. Add 3c water and stir. Let it sit while sausage cooks.
Put sausage in a 9x13 pan. Pour soup over the sausage. Top with Stuffing. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes
