     Virgil Vinaigrette

Servings   1 1/2 cups

Ingredients
4 medium cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Pinch celery salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp oregano
 
1/2 tsp basil
2 small scallions, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
In a container with a tight fitting lid combine all of the ingredients. Mix well.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
