     Pistachio Surprise Salad

Ingredients
1 box pistachio instant unsweetened pudding
1 (12 oz) container small curd cottage cheese
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 ice cream scoops of frozen whipped topping
 
Instructions
Prepare pistachio instant unsweetened pudding according to box directions. Add cottage cheese, pineapple and whipped topping. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Serve cold.
