Mix oleo, powdered sugar and milk together. Then add coconut, nuts and vanilla. Roll into balls. Chill for 40 minutes. While chilling, melt 1 package of chocolate chips plus 1 stick of wax. Dip coconut balls in chocolate and place on wax paper.
