     Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 1/2 lbs sausage
4 slices dry bread (cubed)
1 (8 oz) pkg grated cheese
dash of hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp dry mustard
 

Instructions
Brown sausage and drain well. In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk until frothy. Add sausage, bread (cut into cubes) and seasonings. Fold in grated cheese. Pour into a prepared 9x13 baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. The next morning bake at 350 for 1 hour.
