Melt oleo and cocoa together over low heat. Set aside to cool. Beat eggs; add sugar, flour and vanilla. Mix well. Add cooled mixture of oleo and cocoa. Stir until mixed well. Spread in greased jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven immediately. Spread marshmallow cream over the top. Mix frosting ingredients together with milk or water to make a spreading consistency. Spread frosting on top of the marshmallow cream. With table knife, swirl through top several times. Cool. Cut into bars. (I never use the whole pound of powdered sugar. I just mix up a little bit.)
