     Chicken Enchilada Bake

Ingredients
2 tbs butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 4oz can chopped green chilies
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1.5 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup Mexican Cheddar-jack cheese, shredded
8-10 flour tortillas
 
1/4 cup milk

Instructions
Heat oven to 350. In saucepan, melt margarine, saute onion and garlic until tender. Stir in green chilies, sour cream and soup. Reserve 3/4 cup of this mixture and set aside. Stir in chicken and 1/2 cup cheese to the remaining mixture. Warm tortillas in microwave. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and roll up. Place seam-side down in a lightly greased casserole dish.
In a small bowl combine reserved 3/4 sauce mixture with milk and spoon it over tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
