2 lg. cans Sweet Potatos, Drained

1 cup Sugar or 3/4 cup Splenda
|
|
1/2 cup Milk
|
|
1/3 cup Butter
|
|
2 Eggs
|

1 tsp. Vanilla
|
|
1 bag miniature Marshmallows
|
|
|
|
TOPPING
|
|
1 1/2 cups chopped Pecans
|
|
1 cup Brown Sugar
|
|
1/3 cup Flour
|
|
1/3 cup Butter, melted
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, butter, eggs and vanilla.
Pour into buttered 9x13 pan.
|
|
|
Combine topping ingredients and spread over sweet potato
mixture.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
|
|
|
Top with marshmallows bake for 5 more minutes.
