Preheat oven 350 degrees. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Salt
water and add pasta. Cook pasta 12-15 minutes, they should be
softened but still uncooked at the center. Drain pasta and cool.

Combine ricotta, 1/2 of mozarella, a couple handfuls of
Parmigiano-Reggiano and 1/2 of Asiago. Cook italian sausage in
olive oil in skillet. Cool.

Combine cheese mixture and sausage. Stuff shells. Place in (2)
greased 9x13 pans. Top with sauce. Top with rest of mozzarella
cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
