Trim excess fat from chops. Mix eggs and milk.
|
|
|
Dip chops in egg mixture then bread crumbs.
|
|
|
Brown chops on all sides in hot shortening. Season with salt then
add water. Cover and cook over low heat 45-60 minutes.
|
|
|
For crisp coating remove cover for last 15 minutes of cooking.
