Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put 2 T oil in baking dish and
disperse around dish.
Mix milk with sour cream. Dip pork steaks in sour cream, covering
both sides.
Dredge through corn flakes, coating both sides completely. Place in
baking dish. Pour melted butter over meat. Lightly season with
salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Bake 45 minutes.
