Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Rub chops with spice rub.
|
|
|
|
Place raw chops in pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
|
|
|
|
Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over chops.
|
|
|
|
Cover and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake
1/2 hour.
