     Pepper Poppers

Ingredients
1 Pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
6 Bacon Strips cooked & crumbled
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1 lb. fresh Jalapenos, Halved lengthwise & seeded
 

Instructions
Mix cheeses, bacon & seasonings. Spoon about 2 Tbsp. into each pepper half. Roll in bread crumbs. Place in a greased 15x10x1 baking pan. Bake uncovered @ 300 degrees.
20 min. spicy 30 min. medium 40 min. mild Lorri did 25 min. and they were great
Use rubber gloves when cleaning peppers & get all insides out so really scrap inside peppers.
