Instructions |

|
Pat potatoes dry between paper towels and arrange them in one
layer on two buttered cookie sheets.

Brush potatoes with butter and bake in preheated 500 degrees oven
for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Sprinkle with salt.
