     Fish Curry

Ingredients
1.5 TBS Curry Powder 2
1 Cup Coconut milk
1 cube Korr Vegetable bouillon
2 LBS fish
1 Stick Butter
1 Can Stewed Tomatoes (14-15oz)
1 TBS arrowroot powder
 

Instructions
Saute fish in butter until partially done then add curry powder 2 and finish cooking rolling in butter and spices.
Brown fish to desired doneness then add entire can (14-15oz) of tomatoes, coconut milk and Korr Vegetable bouillon and gently simmer for 5 min.
Add arrowroot powder thinly over the top and gently stir in. Let simmer for 20 min.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over Rice.
