     Nacho-riffic Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken breast flattened
stuffing-
1/2 cup refried beans
2 laughing cows
1/4 cup ff cheese
Topping-
16 red. fat tortilla chips
1 tsp. taco seasoning
 
Preheat 350
Instructions
Smash up topping and get in to a bowl mix stuffing ingredients Season 4 chicken breast
Place 2 Tab. into center of chicken cutlets. Roll them up and place on sprayed pan Coat all chicken with taco sauce ( 1 Tab) Top with chops
Bake covered in foil for 20 min. at 350, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
