     Cherry Tomato Appetizer Cups

1/2 Cup reduced calorie butter or margarine
12 Cherry Tomatoes
5 Sheets Philo Dough, thawed
12 teaspoons Dijon Mustard

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Butter 12 mini muffin cups.Trim ends off each tomato and set aside.
Lay 1 sheet of philo dough on a clean work serface. Using a pastry brush, brush philo wqith butter, and repeat 5 times. Cut into 3 inch squares to form 12 pieces. Place 1 square into each of the 12 buttered muffin cups. Press down into the cups to form a basket shape, leaving philo over edges.
Place 1 teaspoon mustard into each cup then add tomato cut side down into each up. Bake for 10 minutes or until philo is crisp and browned. Can be served warm or cold.
