     Blueberry Syrup

Ingredients
3 c fresh blueberries
1 1/2 c water
1 1/4 c juice
1 1/2 c sugar
1/4 c white corn syrup
1 T lemon juice
 

Instructions
Crush berries thoroughly in a saucepan. Add water, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Drain through colander, pressing berries to extract all juice. Do this several times until all skins and chunks are out.
Mix ingredients in sauce pan large enough to boil freely. Stir to dissolve sugar. Bring to a rolling boil that cannot be stirred down. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, skim with metal spoon.Pour into jars and seal. Refridgerate.
For long term storage process- Boiling bath canner for 10 minutes.
