     Fiesta Dip Tartlets

Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup finely chopped Vidalia onion
1/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese
1/2 cup salsa
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3- 2.1 oz. pkg. baked miniature phyllo shells (45 count)
1 sweet red pepper, diced
ground suasage if desired
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. In bowl combine all ingredients (except shells and peppers) and mix well. Transfer to 1-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered for 10 min. Place shells on baking sheet. Spoon 1 TBLS. mixture into each shell. Bake for 5 min. or until heated and bubbly. Garnish with peppers.
