Spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray and preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Prepare brownie mix according to pkg. Fill pan 2/3 way full with brownie mixture. Bake 14 min. Immediatly put dents into the brownies to form little cups after removing from the oven. Set aside to cool for 15 min.

Filling- Microwave white chocolate squares and milk for 1 min. on high. Cool a little. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add to chocolate mixture and mix. Fold in cool whip.

|
Pipe filling onto brownie cups. Add a sliced strawberry to the top. Chill.
