Ingredients
1 box (18.25 oz) devils food cake mix
3 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Filling-
1 stick unslted softened butter
2 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
 
Instructions
Mix cakes Place in 18 circles on sprayed or parchment paper cookie sheets Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees Cool on pan 5 minutes and then to rack
Cool on rack I make them smaller so get at least 36 circles
Place Filling between 2 cookies
