1.5 kilos boneless skinless chicken, cut into chunks
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 cup of corn flour
2 cup of sliced green onions
8 small dried hot peppers, seeds removed
Instructions
Sauce- Place everything into a bowl, whisk together,
place into refrigerator until ready to use.
Meat- Place soy sauce, hot peppers, egg, and
cornstarch into bowl, mix until combined. Add
chicken, stir until pieces are coated.
Deep fry 7 or 8 pieces at a time in 350 F degree oil
until chicken is crispy. Drain on paper towelling,
repeat until all pieces are cooked.
Place 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok and heat to 200
celsius. Add onions, peppers and fry for 30 seconds.
Stir sauce mixture and add to wok. Cook until thick.
Add chicken to sauce in wok, and cook until boiling.
