     Beefy Corn and Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 t. salt-free chili powder blend
14 oz. pkg. frozen seasoned corn and black beans
14 oz. fat-free, reduced-sodium beef broth
15 oz. seasoned tomato sauce for chili
Reduced fat sour cream
Sliced green onions
 
Instructions
Combine beef and chili powder in large Dutch oven. Cook 6 min. over med-high. Drain and return to pan.
Stir in next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 min. Uncover and simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Ladle chili into bowls. Top with sour cream and onions if desired.
