14 1/2 oz. Mexican-style stewed tomatoes with jalapeno peppers and spices, undrained
1/4 C. plus 2 T. ketchup
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
Instructions
Heat large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Coat with cooking spray. Add beef and peppers; saute 5 min. Drain well; return to pan. Add remaining ingredients except buns; cook 9 min. Serve on buns.
