     Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
16 oz pumpkin
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup oil
1/2 tsp. cinnomin
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
 
1 tsp. baking soda
streussel-
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
Instructions
Combine pumpkin, sugar, and eggs.
Add in rest of ingredients. Divide into muffin tins.
Mix streussel ingredients into crumbs. Put on top of muffins.
Bake on 350 for 25 minutes.
