In a large fry pan over medium high heat, saute
onion, beef, garlic, chili powder until beef is
slightly cooked.
Add allspice, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt,
cocoa, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, cider
vinegar, water. Reduce heat to low and simmer,
uncovered, for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove from
heat.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions,
transfer onto individual serving plates. Ladle cincy
chili over the spaghetti, serve with toppings of
your choice.
