     Chicken-Mango Chopped salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tsp. lemon zest
2 TBLS. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp, salt
1/8 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
3 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken
 
4 cups of Napa cabbage
2 cups, peeled, pitted and chopped mango
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 English cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup chopped red onion

Instructions
Whisk together first 8 ingredients.
Combine chicken and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing, tossing to coat. Serve immediately.
