     Lobster Rolls

Ingredients
1 pound lobster meat- broken in bite size pieces
1 tablespoonful mayonaisse
1 teaspoonful dry tarragon- may add more to taste
2 medium stalks finely chopped celery
salt to taste
6 lobster rolls
 
Instructions
Mix together lobster meat, tarragon, celery, salt and mayonaisse.
Butter rolls inside and outside with softened butter. Place in 450 oven until toasted.
Stuff rolls with lobster salad and serve immediately.
