Ingredients
1 – Small box Instant Pistachio pudding (1 oz) – Can get Sugar Free & Fat Free version
2 – Small boxes Instant Vanilla pudding (1 oz) – Can get Sugar Free & Fat Free version
2 – Pie Crust Shell Graham Cracker Ready (9 oz)
1 – 12 oz Whipped Cream Cheese – Can use Soft Light Cream Cheese or Fat Free versions
1 – Cool Whip (8 oz) – Can get Lite or Fat Free version
4 – Cups milk – Can use non-fat or low fat milk
Chopped Walnuts
 

Instructions
Leave Whipped Cream Cheese out so stays really soft. Open Pie Crusts and spread cream cheese equally between the two pie crusts. Set aside. Get a large mixing bowl out and pour the 3 boxes of pudding in and mix with 4 cups of milk. (Note- Pudding directions call for 2 cups per box. For this desert, you need to use only 4 cups.) Mix up according to box directions and immediately pour into pie crusts equally. Open Cool Whip and spread on top of pudding, sharing equally. Sprinkle top with chopped walnuts. (You can use any kind of nut or other sprinkle direction as desired on top.) Desert is ready to eat immediately or can be placed in refrigerator until ready. Takes approximately 10-15 minutes to make and is really tasty! Enjoy.
