1.5 lb boneless beef sirloin
|
|
2 cup sliced mushrooms
|
|
1 medium red onion, chopped
|
|
1 can cream of mushroom soup
|
|
1/4 cup water
|
|
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
|
|
4 cups hot cooked rice, without salt
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Slice beef into very thin strips.
|
|
|
Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat 1 minute. Add mushrooms and onions and cook until tender. Remove veggies. Remove skillet from heat.

|
Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate, stirring often.
|
|
|
Add soup, water, mustard and veggies and heat through. Serve over rice.
