     Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
1 pkg (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg (16 oz) powdered sugaar (about 4 cups), sifted
 

Instructions
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
ADD sugar gradually, beating until well blended after each addition.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups or 20 servings, 2 tbsp each
Note- Recipe makes enough to fill and frost a 2 (8-or 9-inch) cake layers or top and side of 12x9-inch cake or tops of 24 cupcakes
