     (OZ) FRENCH DIP AND SWISS SANDWICH

Ingredients
1 SUB ROLL
1/4 lb. best available deli ROAST BEEF
2 slices SWISS CHEESE
several strips of ONION
several strips of GREEN BELL PEPPER
real BUTTER
2 BEEF BOUILLON CUBES
1 cup WATER
 

Instructions
Slice bread in half lengthwise. Melt 1 Tbl. butter, brush on insides of bread, and pan-toast.
Saute onions and peppers to desired doneness and add to bread.
Divide roast beef into two equal amounts and warm in micro. Add a slice of swiss to each and micro until melted. Add to sandwich and add top piece of bread.
Meanwhile dissolve 2 bouillon in 1 cup boiling water. Dip sandwich in broth and enjoy!
Serving Suggestions
Serve with prepared Ore-Ida Curly-Fries
