Slice bread in half lengthwise. Melt 1 Tbl. butter, brush on insides of bread, and pan-toast.

Saute onions and peppers to desired doneness and add to bread.
|
|
|
Divide roast beef into two equal amounts and warm in micro. Add a slice of swiss to each and micro until melted. Add to sandwich and add top piece of bread.
|
|
|
Meanwhile dissolve 2 bouillon in 1 cup boiling water. Dip sandwich in broth and enjoy!
