In a saucepan, heat marshmallows, sugar and 1 cup water until marshmallows are melted and sugar dissolved. Put in refrigerator to cool.
When cool, add rest of water, milk and vanilla extract and stir well. Put in ice cream maker.
As mix freezes, smash up Hershey bar and graham crackers. When mix starts to set (after about 10 minutes), add chocolate bar pieces. In final few minutes, add in graham cracker pieces.
