     Fresh Tomato Basil Sauce for Pasta

Ingredients
1 Box farfalle noodles
6 large ripe tomatos
1 cup chopped fresh basil
4 cloves garlic - minced
olive oil
1 cup chopped up fresh mozarella - bite size pieces
salt and pepper
1 tsp sugar
 

Instructions
Swirl garlic for 30 seconds over hot oil and add chopped tomatos.
Cook tomatos til soft and they are releasing their juices. Don't over cook.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 tsp sugar. Cook pasta al dente.
Just before serving mix tomato sauce with pasta and toss in basil and mozarella cheese.
Serving Suggestions
Serve right away.
