|
Swirl garlic for 30 seconds over hot oil and add chopped tomatos.

Cook tomatos til soft and they are releasing their juices. Don't over
cook.
|

|
Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 tsp sugar. Cook pasta al dente.
|
|
|
Just before serving mix tomato sauce with pasta and toss in basil
and mozarella cheese.
