     Poppy Seed Cake

1 box Betty Crocker Butter Pecan cake mix
1 3 oz. box Royal Instant Toasted Coconut Pudding
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup poppy seeds
4 eggs
1 1/2 cp hot water (not boiling)
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients, then add liquid ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into two loaf pans sprayed with Pam (I like Weight Watchers buttery flavored)
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes.
Spread a kitchen towel out. Cover with waxed paper and turn cakes on to it. Let cakes cool completely, then wrap in plastic wrap, then foil.
Serving Suggestions
May be frozen
