     Soft Shell Crabs

Ingredients
Fresh and cleaned soft shell crabs
Flour- enough to dredge crabs
Italian breadcrumbs- 1/4 amount of flour
Italian Panko breadcrumbs- 1/4 amount of flour
Old Bay seasoning to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Crazy Salt to taste
Butter
 
May make Buerre Blanc sauce w/baby shrimp and small pieces of andouille sausage for garnish

Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients together
Melt butter in large saute pan and saute crabs until crispy and brown on both sides.
Serve immediately
