Dump the sugar free pudding mix into a medium sized bowl. Add the two cups of milk and stir with a whisk for two minutes. Add 1/2 cup of lite whipped topping. Mix for three minutes. Add 1 tbsp of sugar substitute, then mix for 30 seconds. Let it sit for two minutes then spread evenly over the cake.
