Ingredients
1 cup plus 2 tbsp powdered milk
1/2 cup warm water
1 tbsp vinegar
 
Instructions
Combine powdered milk and warm water. Add the vinegar, one drop at a time.
Blend or beat until thick. Let set at room temperature for 4 hours.
