1 pound squid
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp seasoned salt
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp paprika
lemon
olive oil for deep frying
eggs
 
milk
Variations-
Can be used for Hooter’s Buffalo Shrimp
Can add butter chili sauce

In a bowl,combine the flour,panko,seasoned salt,paprika,and oregano mix the egg into the squid coat the squid with the flour mixture Drop the squid into the olive oil and fry for about one minute or lightly browned. Reheat the oil in between batches of cooking. serve with cut up lemon while squid still hot.
Butter Chili sauce- 1/4 cup Butter 1/4 cup Hot Sauce Dash ground pepper Dash garlic powder 1/8 tsp paprika Combine the butter,hot sauce,ground pepper,garlic powder, and paprika in a small saucepan over low heat. heat until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well blended.
