1 lb ifrm tofu, cut into chunks
|

2 T soy sauce
|
|
1/2 C chopped scallions
|

1/4 tsp salt
|

1/4 tsp pepper
|

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions |
|
|
Place all ingredients in a heat-resistant bowl and mix well.
|
|
|
Place 1/4 C water in steamer and bring to a boil over high heat. Place bowl with tofu into steamer. Cover and steam over medium heat for 25 minutes.

Serve hot, with rice or alone.
|
