     Salmon Soup

Ingredients
4 tbsp butter
3 quarts mils
2 cups salmon
salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
Brown butter in kettle. Add milk and seasonings. When hot, add salmon, flaked with a fork.
Serve with crackers.
